No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any products sold on our website.
Products once delivered cannot be returned, except in cases where they qualify for a free replacement or refund as per the conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Free Replacement
A product will be eligible for a free replacement, subject to availability of the exact same item, only if:
- The item received is physically damaged
- The item received is defective
- The item received has missing parts or accessories
- The item received is different from the description shown on the product detail page
Only selected products are eligible for free replacement.
Replacement Request Time Frame
Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this time frame will not be accepted.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
Replacement Process
After the replacement request is approved, the product must be returned only for verification purposes.
Once the returned item is received and verified, the replacement will be processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Replacements are shipped via standard delivery.
If the exact item is out of stock, a refund will be initiated instead of replacement.
Important Conditions
No replacement or refund will be issued without an unboxing video.
Only one free replacement is allowed per order.
Items already replaced once are not eligible for further replacement.
For missing parts or accessories, customers must contact us with full details for review.
Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after product verification.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
